Cyclical gif-animation is a part of the Symptomatology project, created in Belarus in 2021. Project was started as a photo fixation of personal mental state during the first attempt to use medical therapy for anxious-depressive symptomatology treatment.

Outside of the personal story of brain chemistry and mental disorders, there is also a general social context, where personal experience is just a case study for human rights. In Belarus, mental disorders is a highly stigmatized topic, not acceptable to talk about.

Though, with the background of the (after 2020-protests) worsening of political repression and the expansion of state violence in Belarus, Belarus became an extremely favorable environment for the growth of anxiety, panic attacks and other mental issues.
