During the war, it is difficult to think about painting, such things begin to lose meaning. Living in the context of the horrors you read about and happening somewhere nearby (in cities you've managed to visit or even live in), it's hard to put your feelings together and express yourself through painting.

This series is a collection of several paintings created during the three months of the war. In this, I lyrically describe the experience of war, the yearning for victory and the thought of what will happen after. While there are so many horrors around me, photos of violence that happens very close to me, I wanted to think only about something beautiful, about what surrounds a person every day in our cities.

These are dreams of healing wounds, of the germination of new meanings and life in the middle of a broken human world.
